Meditating for Me: 90 Days to Building a Powerful, Healthy Habit of Meditation in Today’s Modern Life
Build a lifelong habit of meditating while you experiment with a wide range of meditative practices that fit in today’s crazy modern lifestyle. You do not have to live in a monastery to enjoy the benefits of meditation. This course focuses on building the desire to meditate and the habit of practice itself. Please make sure you can dedicate at least 20 minutes per day to this class during its 90-day duration.
Awakening Your Inner Healer
An oldie but goodie, Daria first taught this workshop in 2009! Learn to recognize and utilize your natural inner healer. Find out exactly what healers do to create sometimes miraculous healing, discover what type of healer you are. This class also teaches common pitfalls each type of healer encounters and how to bridge them.
